Carolyn Kepcher was born on January 30, 1969 in Westchester, New York, USA. She became a businesswoman and works as an Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and General Manager for the Trump National Golf Club.
Biography and Career :
At first she was selling Avon products, then she was a waitress at a Manhattan restaurant and afterwards became a manager. In 1992 she managed to get a job as a sales and marketing director of a run-down golf club outside New York City.
Two years later, in 1994, she went to Trump and made a presentation that got her hired. Step by step she became the Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of the Trump National Golf Club in Briarcliff Manor, New York and the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey.
She was the co-writer of "Carolyn 101: Business Lessons From the Apprentice's Straight Shooter" in 2004.
On August 31, 2006 she said she quitted Trump Organization. She will be one of the three judges at Bill Gates' new reality show "Ultimate Challenge".
She married George Kepcher and they have two children.
